Is your organization planning a health fair?

You may request the services of the Care Fair. Services may include diabetes A1C screenings, blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, mental wellness screenings, mammography screenings, dental screenings, and health education.

Requests must be submitted 60 days in advance. Please allow 10 days for processing. If a response is not received within 10 days of your original request, please contact us via email or phone. A submission does not guarantee BWC participation in your event.

Care Fairs require 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to break down.
