Join us! 2nd Annual Spring Into Health 5K / 1M

It may be winter, but the Brunswick WellnessCoalition (BWC) is already gearing up for Spring 2019! BWC will hold its 2ndannual Spring Into Health 5K/1M event on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 9 a.m.Race starting line is at Dosher Memorial Hospital in Southport, NC. This eventis NOT a fundraiser, it’s a healthraiser. It is for people in our community tocome together to embrace a healthier lifestyle. There is no age limit orexperience expectation; and it is affordable: only $10 for early bird entry (registerbefore February 25) and $20 for regular and day-of entry. Children under theage of 13 also attend free! BWC wants all walks all life to be part of thisevent!

To get this year’s race swag, BWC asks participants to donate at least 1 non-perishable healthy food item, in support of the Give Healthy campaign. Items will be donated to the food pantries of Brunswick Senior Resources, Inc. A list of items that qualify are listed on the race website.
